1. How does the Monthly Mail Club work?
When you sign up, you’ll receive one curated A6 art print each month, along with a short newsletter sharing the story behind the artwork. Each piece is created from my original oil paintings and sketches, then professionally printed and hand-signed.

2. What exactly will I receive each month?
Each envelope includes:
• 1 A6 art print (hand-signed)
• A short printed newsletter
• Entry into a monthly giveaway to win a free artwork

3. When will I receive my mail?
Mail is sent out once a month.

  • Orders placed before the 5th of the month will be mailed between the 6th–10th of the same month

  • Orders placed after the cut-off will be included in the next month’s mail

4. Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?
(You can adjust this depending on your setup)

If subscription:
This is a monthly subscription, and you’ll be billed each month until you choose to cancel.

If one-time:
You can purchase each month’s mail individually, subject to the cut-off date.

5. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you’re on a subscription, you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide.

• Singapore: Sent via standard letter mail
• International: Sent via standard mail with a small additional fee

7. How long does shipping take?
• Singapore: Typically a few working days after mailing
• International: Usually 1–3 weeks, depending on your country

8. Will I receive tracking?
To keep shipping affordable, prints are sent via standard mail and do not include tracking.

9. What if my mail doesn’t arrive?
If your mail hasn’t arrived after a reasonable time (especially for international orders), please reach out and I’ll do my best to help. While standard mail has limitations, I want to make sure you’re taken care of.

10. Can I choose which artwork I receive?
No—each month’s artwork is a surprise. The club is designed as a curated experience, where you receive a piece inspired by a calm, meaningful moment.

11. Can I gift this to someone?
Yes, this makes a thoughtful gift. You can enter the recipient’s address at checkout.

12. What size is the artwork?
Each print is A6 size (10.5 × 14.8 cm), making it perfect for small frames, desks, or pinboards.

13. Are the prints original paintings?
The prints are high-quality reproductions of my original oil paintings and sketches, printed on premium 260gsm art paper and hand-signed.

14. Is there a limit to how many people can join?
(Strongly recommend you say yes—even if soft limit)

Spots may be limited each month to ensure quality and a personal touch.
